Matthew Faber

Matthew serves as Senior Vice President for Primary Care Division.

He has 30 years of experience recruiting physicians, physician executives and senior executives for health systems, academic and community hospitals, behavioral and long-term care organizations.

Prior to joining Alpha Medical Group, Matthew was a Partner in the Global Life Sciences and Healthcare Services practices of two global executive search firms. In addition to the search industry, Matthew was Director of Sales & Marketing for a prominent physician practice management company.

Matthew graduated on the pre-med trackpre-med from Fairfield University and holds a BS in Psychology and a BA in English. His graduate work in Public Health with a concentration in Healthcare Policy and Administration was conducted at New York Medical College.

Matthew is a Board Director for the Hispanic Health Council of Hartford, Meriden and New Haven. He is an active volunteer and frequent alumni panelist for the Fairfield University Alumni Relations community.
