Alpha Medical was founded in October 2002 by Scott Powell. Scott's vision was to create a physician search team that would supply superior knowledge and attention to both clients and candidates.  With the right team in place, this goal was achieved quickly and successfully. In June of 2024, Alpha Medical joined Lyle Health to better service their clients with both physician and advanced practice provider candidates.

Since the beginning, a family-friendly and socially-conscious work environment was established.  Our focus is on customer satisfaction which provides a unique and enjoyable work setting.  Our vision has attracted top recruiters creating strong and seasoned teams.

Today we are one of the fastest-growing physician search firms in the country: a team of knowledgeable and efficient recruiters all working together. Our goal is to stay specialized and focused on one thing: finding the right physician for the right job expeditiously.
