Jim Hock

Jim joined Alpha Medical Group in January, 2006 and serves as Senior Vice President of Alpha Medical Group and manages its Psychiatry Division.

Mr. Hock has overseen the growth and strategic development of this division. In 2010, he coordinated the successful launch of Alpha Medical Group's Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner department.

He has developed a comprehensive organizational induction and retention program designed to lower physician turnover while increasing productivity.

Mr. Hock has an up to date working knowledge of healthcare recruitment. His insight and experience uniquely lends itself to meeting the needs of both candidates and clients in a timely and professional manner.

On an annual basis he conducts seminars with local residency programs for physicians entering the healthcare field. Jim has worked extensively with some of the country's top Hospitals and Medical Centers.

Mr. Hock received his Masters of Business Administration from Sacred Heart University and resides in Trumbull with his wife Jane, and their three children. They are active in local charitable and volunteer organizations.
