We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have prior recruiting or inside sales experience
  • Have a stable work history or are a recent college graduate
  • Possess excellent phone skills
  • Are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
  • Thrive in a team environment
  • Have the ability to manage time and develop rapport
  • Are able to enjoy a work/life balance
  • Live within a commutable vicinity to Monroe, Connecticut
    • Position is on-site, Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
